Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes:

  • 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order, and

  • 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery within the UK.

Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Please also check your spam or junk folder, as our messages can sometimes be filtered there.

Note: It may take a few hours for the tracking link to become active after shipment.
