This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers within the United Kingdom.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Include all original parts, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- Have a return request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during shipment.
How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Receive Return Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item Back
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, a fixed return shipping cost of £15 will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Laurens Home will cover the return shipping costs after review.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@laurens-home.com with clear photos.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Warranty
All home décor and lighting products purchased from Laurens Home are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation
- Modifications or misuse

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing and fulfilment begin immediately.
